MassBit Angels: Do you embody the MassBit Vision?

Angel, a person of exemplary conduct or virtue. MassBit Angels are special community members who go above and beyond to help moderate, build, and share the MassBit vision. These community members have added responsibility, but earn extra rewards and form the foundations of the MassBit community. Let’s learn more about the Angel program and the different roles available.

Currently, there are 6 roles within the Angel program:

  1. General MOD
  2. Content Creator
  3. Event Advocate
  4. Partnership Connector
  5. Product Center
  6. Web3 Researcher

General MOD: General moderators are the glue that hold the community together. Mods will be responsible for maintaining the communities regulations, integrity and values, by making sure all community members are following community guidelines.

Content Creator: Create original, informative and creative content for the various MassBit channels. Content can range from a witty meme, to an informative infographic, to a video tutorial of MassBit products.

Event Advocate: Responsible for organizing and moderating community events. Event advocates help to create and plan community wide events and to bring new members to the community by sharing event information with other communities to drive engagement.

Partnership Connector: Responsible for bringing in and maintaining new partnerships. Work with other projects and communities to bring mutually beneficial partnerships that help grow MassBit in a way that is in line with the vision of the project.

Product Center: These angels will answer the community’s technical questions, as well as perform technical testing of new products.
Web3 Researcher: Writes content related to MassBit and the Web3 world. Able to convey complex technical or innovative concepts in an educational and easy to understand way for others to learn about MassBit and its place in a web3 world.

? Rewards

The most important tenet of the MassBit community is that everyone is treated equally. At MassBit we are building a truly decentralized infrastructure for web3, and everyone who participates deserves to be rewarded fairly for their part.

With great power, comes great responsibility! MassBit Angels will have monthly KPI/OKR to ensure they are meeting the standards for their position.

Angels who meet standard KPI/OKR: 5000 MBT/month

Angels who exceed their monthly KPI will also receive extra benefits (TBD). Those who cannot meet their monthly targets will be rewarded based on working days.

We are currently reviewing the exact benefit details to make sure they are fair and promote community engagement.

About MassBit

MassBit provides fully decentralized solutions for Defi and Web3 App project development. Currently MassBit has 4 products in the stage of development; MassBit Route, MassBit Multi-chain Indexing, MassBit Prime, and MassBit Insights. MassBit enables DeFi and Web3 App development to be faster, stable, scalable, and more cost-effective.

The powerful ‘glue’ holding together and supporting all the products is the MassBit Verification Protocol, which is based on proof of stake. The protocol incentivizes those working within the system to verify each other’s work. The verification of other nodes, gateways, or indexers gives rewards or penalties for the mistakes to each individual or entity. From that, the protocol ensures the whole network’s health.
